By the soft couch,
I gaze out the window.
The blue sea whipping on the golden sands,
The glistening silver scales of the trout.
I once sat there on the shore,
Tossing the line to fish,
And pulling back the rod,
Placing the fish into a bucket full of other trout.
Those days were history.
The golden sands,
Were splattered with blood.
The blood of my comrades.
The holes,
Created by enemy bullets.
Behind the bushes,
Enemy snipers killed all they saw.
I...
Joined their ranks.
But in a mortal battle,
Between males and females.

The poet

This is a poem based on a roleplay genre, 'Boys VS Girls'. They usually end up signing a treaty, But in one of them, the boys won. And my charrie (character) is a boy! Mwuhahahahaha...I betrayed the girls!!! >:D
