Fictional facts in the Drow world

From books to the inernet I found out much about Drow. Take note that the Drow are not real.
Or are they?
Drow, or Dark Elves, are of course, agile, no matter which path they chose.
After their birth, they will be placed in front of the Orb Of god-Seeing. The Orb will tell the their path, and give them a certain mark. For example, the Drow Warrior will recieve a mark that says 'Soul' in Drowish.

Their skins have purplish hues. All of them have purplish hues, though the shades of it will differ from one another.
The mark in the above picture says 'SOUL'. (Hahahah, another language by me!)
